Van Rooijen Logistics feels very strongly about its training and education policy. Van Rooijen Logistics enables its employees to develop their know-how and skills continuously. Our training offer is highly varied and allows our employees to grow within the organization. For instance, all our drivers are taking a periodical course to improve traffic safety and reduce fuel consumption. In addition, we make sure that all our drivers get the opportunity to participate in the obligatory professional competence refresher training (code 95) for professional drivers. In order to help our drivers guarantee traffic safety, all our lorries are equipped with blind spot mirrors and cameras. We also help our employees with their own initiatives for further development and interests in training.


Apart from ensuring the development of our permanent employees, we also offer students the chance to take part in a wide range of internships at various levels within the company. Van Rooijen Logistics is certified by a number of recognised apprenticeship associations such as VTL Leerbedrijf, Innovam Leerbedrijf and an ECABO Certificate. Together with VTL, a learning process has been established for young people who are interested in logistics. In this way, students become familiar with the diversity of logistics and will be able to choose their future profession within the industry.
