Building

We are a family business with two directors at two locations in the Benelux. Since our inception in 1947, we have been steadily expanding our range of services on the premise that whatever we do, we do right. We succeed in this thanks primarily to our very personal approach. Our employees are all experts in their fields and we place the customer first and foremost.

We principally operate within the Benelux in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector for foods, sweets, personal care products, consumer electronics, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, displays, textiles, etc. We are able to provide our customers storage, warehousing and shipping based on a one-stop shop principle for goods ranging from a kilo to full truck loads. The 350 Van Rooijen employees and 150 company-owed trucks help us achieve this 24/7. In the Netherlands, we are a member of the Teamtrans consortium. Our modern, high-security public warehousing facilities are located in Eindhoven and Turnhout where storage, order picking and value-added logistics (VAL) operations are carried out. Our 60,000 m² (645,000 sq ft) storage area is ideally suited for storage of food, pharmaceutical and other high-grade, non-hazardous goods.

We have been able to transport containers by rail to and from the Port of Rotterdam and truck them from Eindhoven since 2001 using our own rail terminal.
